The aim of this project is to develop methods and algorithms for anatomical alignment in medical images.  These methods are used study the effects of tissue motion and deformation on radiotherapy.

Our deformable registration toolkit is available for download under an open-source (BSD) license.  Please refer to the plastimatch home page for more details.
