Harald Paganetti, PhDDirector of Physics Research at Mass General Radiation Oncology, was recently honored with The Particle Therapy Co-Operative Group (PTCOG), Robert R. Wilson Award for Significant Contributions to the field of Particle Therapy. This distinguished award, named after the first scientist to propose particle therapy for the treatment of cancer, is presented to an individual active in the field recognizing their cumulative achievements in particle therapy. The Award is presented during the annual PTCOG Conference, during which a keynote lecture will be given by the awardee.
