We are thrilled to share that, Brian Napolitano, MHL, CMD, has been selected to receive the 2024 Outstanding Achievement Award from the American Association of Medical Dosimetrists (AAMD). Brian will accept this award at the AAMD 49th Annual Meeting in St. Louis next month.

The Outstanding Achievement Award is the highest award an individual can receive from the AAMD. It recognizes awardees for their significant contributions to the field of Medical Dosimetry. Brian has been a member of the AAMD since 2006 and has held several leadership positions, including serving as President from 2020-2023.

Brian received his Bachelor of Science from Binghamton University and later went on to earn his Executive Master of Healthcare Leadership from Brown University. He joined the Mass General team in 2004 and has been recognized with several awards including our department’s Employee of the Year award and several Partner in Excellence awards. In 2013 he was selected as an honoree in the Cancer Center’s The One Hundred. He was promoted to Director of Medical Dosimetry in 2018 and continues to be an integral part of our department’s leadership team.
