Tuesday 16 August 2022, 12:00pm - 01:00pm

Abstract: Women make up nearly half of the work force in most industries, yet even Fortune 100 Companies, the leaders of industry, struggle to advance women into the highest levels of leadership, the C-Suite, at the same pace as men. Research shows that women help advance the business objectives in a way that improves the profitability for the organization yet the pandemic has seen women leaving the workplace in record numbers. In this forty-five-minute speaking engagement, Lizette will share the latest findings and reports on women in the workplace. She will address some tangible tools and techniques to help leaders of all grades promote and support their trainees and direct reports.
